3-4 antenatal sessions (in-person or virtual)

Unlimited phonecalls and emails from 38 weeks until 4 weeks postpartum (9am-8pm)

On call from 38 weeks. I’ll be with you within 60 minutes and will stay with you continuously throughout birth.

2 postpartum visits

There’s no replacement for in-person support at a birth, but this is a great option if you already have plenty of support on the ground.
